JUNE 2010

CHEVRON PEMBROKE REFINERY has a new manager at the helm and, as the refinery induction programmes have traditionally been headed up by a personal message from the manager, ENIGMA VIDEO have been on site to record new sections for the main and visitor induction programmes.

Further changes are also in the process of being finalised so these will be added to the existing programmes as and when they are produced. Chevron have dedicated hard drive storage at ENIGMA VIDEO so small changes to visial and voice-over content can be easily achieved economically.

Work on site begins in May with the filming of the new refinery manager's safety mesage which traditionally heads up the refinery's induction video.

THE JOINT OIL AND INDUSTRY FIRE FORUM have taken delivery of the final draft version of their promotional DVD and ENIGMA VIDEO has received several favourable reviews from JOIFF executive members.

APRIL 2010

CHEVRON PEMBROKE REFINERY have engaged ENIGMA VIDEO once more to produce a re-edited version of a training video last made two years ago. The programme informs contractors of the risk assessed procedures  that must be followed when making, breaking and blinding flanged pipe joints. These procedures are thought to have had a significant impact on the long term safe running of the refinery's process plants.

This will be the third programme made by ENIGMA for Chevron on this subject.

In this instance Enigma were able to offer CHEVRON an economic update path for the edited programme as all Chevron raw media is stored on dedicated drives and kept for at least two years, making changes to delivered programmes easily achievable at low cost.

This simple form of Q&A training is a very economic alternative to expensive E-Learning programmes and ENIGMA VIDEO will now be offering this service as an option in the industrial training field.
